Each batch of Koenig plugs undergoes continuous pressure testing until failure, with recorded failure pressures exceeding required thresholds, ensuring safety margins.

Temperature/Pressure Cyclic Testing:
Our plugs endure cyclic temperature and pressure tests over 168 hours, simulating harsh application conditions (-40°C to 150°C @ 2-hour frequency for temperature and 0 bar to rated proof pressure @ 2 min frequency for pressure), with zero leakage or blowout expected. These tests mimic real-world scenarios, ensuring reliability under the toughest conditions.
