For precise installation of Koenig Check Valves in mass production environments, we recommend using this tool with the Express 3000 Hydropneumatic Table Press. The Express 3000 seamlessly integrates into existing production lines to minimize downtime. Koenig products are automation-friendly, thanks to their simplistic and fuss-free installation.
Alternatively, for small quantities or single parts, installation can be achieved using a hammer and a setting tool. An Arbor press can also be utilized for installation. However, caution should be exercised with a press to limit stroke travel, as controlling insertion forces can be challenging.
